Subliminal messages are starting to really become mainstream now it now seems like every self help expert is bringing out their very own range, every hypnosis website has a selection, and don't get me started on the new companies springing up on an almost DAILY basis!
All this hype can lead to a lot of confusion. What is even worse is that there are some ridiculous promises being thrown around about subliminal messaging:

That they are 100% effortless and you do not need to do anything yourself
That it is possible to learn Chinese while you sleep,blame Hollywood for this one
You can seduce a girl without her knowing
These statements are completely untrue, they are over-estimations at best, and total lies (usually sales hype from people wanting your money) at worst.
It's a shame there is so much inaccurate information out there as the real benefits of subliminal audio lie in its use as a tool for personal development..
The essential word here being HELP. The above ridiculous claims all have one thing in common - they're saying subliminal messaging will do all of it for you - this couldn't be further from the truth.
